Look accounts up with free credits every day

One credit scans 25 accounts of a list, so a list of 1,000 people costs 40 credits per scan, and no scan costs less than 10. Following and follower lists are charged separately, and only the lists you track are ever scanned.

On paid tracking, a completed scan is charged whether or not it finds changes. Free Track uses its own limited scan allowance, not your credits. A failed or incomplete scan is not a successful complete scan. Detected changes appear in the activity timeline.

Yes. Paid credits accumulate while your membership remains active, including through continuous renewals. Weekly billing adds credits every paid 7-day cycle; monthly and annual plans add them monthly. When membership ends, unused paid credits expire. Signup credits never expire.

A scan your credits cannot cover does not run. Automatic scans resume once you have enough credits. Claim free credits daily or choose a paid plan for recurring credits. Count checks stay free.

Only the price: $99 a year for Lite, $199 for Starter or $499 for Pro, 2 months free against paying monthly. You get the same credits every month as on monthly billing.

Cancel in one click from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Weekly plans renew every 7 days until you cancel. For available plan or billing-period changes, use the billing portal and check the amount and effective date before confirming.

The free viewers have no time limit and never become a paid subscription automatically. Eligible users can also try Free Track once: one public Following list of up to 1,000, up to 3 complete scans in 7 days from the first complete baseline. It then pauses and keeps authorized saved history. Continuing with Lite costs $4.90 every 7 days and is a separate subscription.

Yes. If it’s your first subscription, write to support@penguinradar.com within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, together with any upgrade you paid for in those days, for any reason. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full when you tell us within 14 days of the charge. A full refund ends the subscription it paid for. The details are in our Terms of Service.

Every plan can ask about your tracked accounts through the ChatGPT plugin, the MCP server, the Skill or the CLI. Reading results you already have is free, and online lookups use credits within a budget you approve. AI summaries of each change overview come with Lite, Starter and Pro, up to 70 a month, included in the plan price.

Yes. A free account can use public lookups through the ChatGPT plugin, MCP or API. Ongoing tracking requires Lite, Starter or Pro; the limited Free Track experience is Following-only. The setup guide walks through each client.

No. The Story Viewer shows stories without an account; highlights, posts, the Likes Viewer and the Follower Viewer need a free account. Each lookup uses one credit per request to Instagram, and answers we already have are free. Signed out you get 5 free credits, once; signed in you can claim 10 more every day.

Saving a photo with the Instagram Photo Downloader costs 5 credits per photo, and a Reel’s sound with the Instagram Audio Downloader 5 credits, M4A or MP3. Opening the link is a normal lookup: one credit, or nothing when we already have the post. Saving a file you already saved is free. Without an account, your first saved file is free; then sign in.
