How tracking works on PenguinRadar

This 51-second narrated walkthrough, recorded in the phone layout of the website, follows sample accounts from tracking to dated changes.

All profiles and activity are fictional examples. Dates show when changes were detected, not when they happened, because Instagram does not publish follow times.

Here’s how tracking works on PenguinRadar.

Enter a public username or profile link, then tap Track.

Choose its followers, its following, or both.

Then pick how often it’s checked: daily, every three days, or weekly.

The first check reads the full list as your starting point. Each check after that is compared with the last.

New follows, new followers and unfollows appear in your feed, each with the date it was detected.

Dates show when a change was detected, not when it happened. Instagram doesn’t share follow times.
